We went to this restaurant for breakfast and tried the Chicken Waffles, which were really tasty. I'm grateful that the waiter suggested having the sauce on the side because it was quite spicy. The Beignets, on the other hand, were disappointing as they were too dense and chewy. Despite that, we enjoyed our overall dining experience and appreciated the excellent service. We returned in the afternoon for a beer and were impressed by the great selection they offered, including both bottled and tap options, including local Belgium beers. The bartender was friendly even though they were very busy.
I have been a regular at this restaurant for a while now and they always exceed my expectations. This Mother's Day, I brought #jbabes for the first time and he enjoyed it as well. The atmosphere and service were excellent. I have never had a negative experience here, the staff is always attentive and friendly. We were seated promptly and our drinks and food arrived in a timely manner. I am looking forward to when they can finally open the large garage doors and relax on the rooftop. Thank you, we will definitely be back when the summer weather arrives.
Great service by Hailey. Awesome, unique, beer selection. Was a little confused why the calamari appetizer were so few calamari and mostly fries. Anticipated the Turkey Pesto sandwich to be hot; the bun was toasted but the sandwich contents were cold. The Cuban was pretty good. The Bacon Havarti Chicken sandwich looked really good, but someone wouldn't share. ; Really loved the beer selection though and the fact the Cafe Benelux does serve beer Flights. We'd come back for
A good way to gauge a restaurant?s prowess is visiting outside the prime hours, in Cafe Benelux?s case they did well. Our waiter was Natalee and she did well and was very nice. Our food was fine however I could tell my sliders was not as fresh and the soup fits more with the brunch menu. Theirs drinks were great (someone has a heavy hand). Overall I was satisfied given the time of day and restaurant availability was great. Just not worth the almost $100 bill after the tip Réservez une table maintenant
Incredible place with lots of energy, great location, super friendly staff and fantastic menu with quality food. Restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options would recommend reservations for outdoor seating. We were a group of 12 and were seated immediately when we walked in (got lucky! Like the drink menu, but felt it's a bit diluted. Food selection is great and has options for vegetarian and vegan. Can't go wrong any day of the week, energizer and fun place!
The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We started with the Lux tater tots as an appetizer and they were amazing - a must try. For our main course, we opted for the traditional Benelux Meatloaf, which was excellent. We also tried the Crab Cake BLT, which I highly recommend. The only downside was that the appetizer and entree were served at the same time, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would have given them five stars if not for this issue.
Amazing food. Exceptional service. Party of seven can easily share two desert with plenty of leftovers. Left carrot cake and the right is the salted caramel cheesecake. Largest I have ever seen. Both super tasty. Recommend the garlic rose **** Mary. Delicious. Thanks for making a girl feel welcomed from Colorado!
