My Swiss friends (husband, wife and small year old daughter) chose this restaurant. Although it was a cold, snowy, wintery day, from the moment we entered into the warmth and genuine hospitality of this restaurant, which is situated in the middle of nowhere, we...were transformed into a Nirvana World. The service was so friendly and attentive. We started with a delicious cress soup with scallops and this was followed by Langoustine served with wild rice. For desserts, each one had his/her own choice but all were superb. Wine, beer, coffee and teas were had by all (except for the little one who was happy with a coke). The Chef Jean-Yves Andre has earned a Michelin one star, which for a place in the middle of nowhere says it all: Well done, Jean-Yves you thoroughly deserve it. The bill was not cheap Swiss Francs (about US dollars however, it should be mentioned that we had two sets of complimentary dishes one prior to the starters and one between the starters and main meal: thrown in for free. Price wise, not for the faint hearted but if you want to have a culinary and atmospheric experience to remember, then I, for one, had absolutely no complaints in dishing out the money
