We ate the venison saddle. The presentation of the dish was magnificent. The meat is super tender and the traditional hunting accompaniments are very good. And widely served. And not to spoil anything, a charming waiter and above all super efficient!!! It was the first time but I will return. Congratulations to the whole team!!!
