Reception could be a little more attentive/warm (we came in, there were 3 people at the checkout and we had to wait a few moments until we were shown to the table and even then it took too long for our taste to get the menu have received). However, the lady who served us was very friendly/accommodating Quality of the food good, but not particularly special for our taste (fried potatoes and spaetzli as a side dish, however, far too few); huge selection of sushi (this certainly sets this restaurant apart from the competition in the region there is nothing comparable in Schwarzbubenland/Laufental) Atmosphere: well the restaurant is really very old and a bit gloomy. Unfortunately not like it used to be. The Nüsslisalat is far too expensive for what you get. Addendum to the answer from the restaurant: If you read correctly, you would notice that the price is based on the quantity of nut salad and not the price of the nut salad! I know the gastro prices for salad.

We enjoyed a nice dinner. We ordered “sushi emocion” and for 4 persons was more than enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the ambiance was cozy and relaxing. We recommend this place, we will definitely come back.

The Brüggli team is simply great and the food is delicious. The sushi plates are awesome
