We came to Chinar just looking to cool off with beer after touring around Bukhara on a 100+degree July day. It is a beckoning and well regarded chaikana, with a casual downstairs area where you can sit or take out food and a fine dining area up the steps on the second level. We made it clear we just wanted something cold, but they insisted we sit up in the nice area, which was a bit akward at first. We were not hungry, but we ended up ordering something and were glad we did. The manty I had was of couse Uzbek style and the best style of manty I have ever had, even compared to other restaurants in Uzbekistan and our own pretty good Uzbek restaurants back in NYC. negocio familiar con la madre en las cocinas, el padre del bar y las dos hermanas maria y sara en las mesas, lo que te hace sentir en casa. todas sardinas muy buenas, atún, calamar de polen, ortiguillas. pide el guiso del día y si tienes fideos con caballa o lo dudas. el precio magnífico.
Buen lugar cerca de la playa. el pescado es súper bueno y fresco, buena calidad y barato, son muy amables, se observa que es un negocio familiar.
