Cafe Foreyou on Lipson

My wife and I had been told about this place by the volunteers at the Aviation Museum not far away. We were NOT disappointed! The atmosphere is comfy and cozy and the staff was very nice. We split a reuben sandwich and my wife was happy they had bottled beer in the fridge. (I opted for an iced tea. The food was very good; sandwich was not overstuffed and the quantify of fries (chips was perfect. We immediately recommended this cafe to a woman we heard asking the Maritime Museum staff where they might find a small cafe for lunch! If you are in Port Adelaide this is where you want to stop for a coffee or lunch.

This place is possibly port adelaides best tucked away gem. The staff are so friendly and cute, mild stuff ups with coffee orders but they did compensate and profusely apologise, breakfasts are great but I can't comment on the other meals as I havnt tried them yet. Beautiful outside dining inside dining available also, and close to everything. Perfect for Sunday or Saturday brunch and they have the most perfectly poached eggs

How do you screw up a staple like bacon eggs? EASY!! Make sure the egg white is uncooked when you serve it, only put the english muffin NEAR the toaster instead of IN it, bring the coffee well after the food instead of WITH the food as requested, and make sure it's in a small cup instead of a large one as ordered...and paid for. Pleasant staff.

relax in the earthquake. I frequent this caffe most of the weeks, and my regular is poached eier and speck in English muffin, no butter, with a hash brown and coffee. then I go to the river to search for dolphins. very good with fast service. always very relaxing outside under the trees and umbrellas. When my Japanese friends asked me to find out an eating place in Port Adelaide, I noticed this cafe. It's a nice cafe to stop by after visiting the Light House and Maritime Museum, which was the opposite side of the same Lipson Street.

Now called the LAW Cafe .Visited for a light lunch after a visit to the Maritime museum directly opposite .Fish and chips with salad was good value at $17 and the coffee was very good . Cheerful owner waiter . Good service .

New name (as mentioned below) is L.Law. Popped in for a quick coffee (and carrot cake for Alison). Friendly service, lovely cake and REALLY good coffee!!! Interesting decor now too, beer and wine also available.

café opposite the maritime museum. good food service, served alcohol, outside on a quiet side street filled with beautiful old port adelaide buildings. my hunch and avocado focaccia was delicious. Réservez une table maintenant

I really liked my chickens today. service was pleasant and modern. the price-performance ratio is excellent. the food was fresh. I will return to this beautiful caffe.
