Ordered the Saskatoon berry compote crepe gluten free (made with buckwheat flour) to share with my partner. We ordered a decaf latte with almond milk and a regular latte. We both enjoyed our drinks and the crepe was really tasty. I love all the flour free treats available. I've never been disappointed with any of their baking. Their pieces are beautiful works of art and delicious. It's not cheap, but it's because there's a lot of effort put into each item and maintaining this place as a beautiful tranquil place to come eat.
The dessert selection at this restaurant is fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from. Prices are comparable to other bakeries in the city, although some may find them to be on the higher side, especially when purchasing multiple items. However, in my opinion, the desserts are definitely worth it. I found that none of the desserts I tried were overly sweet, and all had a delicious taste. I also enjoyed the small decorative touches in the presentation of the desserts.
If you're looking to enjoy incredible French pastries, then look no further than Le Macaron. They also offer a variety of savory and sweet freshly made crepes. We tried the spinach, cheese, and egg crepe, as well as the Spanish crepe with chorizo sausage, cheese, peppers, and egg. Both were delicious. Their coffee pairs perfectly with their pastries, which are so good you'll want to take some home with you after enjoying them in the cafe.
Really nice spot for a decadent dessert. The food is artwork and clearly made with care and fine ingredients. We loved the quiet refined atmosphere. Note: there was a sign by the fireplace that said 'No Computers '. Not sure if this is an expectation for the whole store or just for that location within the store. Réservez une table maintenant
cafe francais is a hidden gem. very good breakfast and lunch menu. excellent kovid precautions. I felt so sure! as always, the owner is friendly and takes pride in eating her and ensuring that customers are satisfied. fruit as a side is always fresh. I recommend their version of a croque madame.
