The food here is excellent and fairly priced. However, the service leaves much to be desired. They almost require a reservation, yet the last three times we visited, they couldn’t locate the reservations I had made. It feels like some customers receive preferential treatment, while those who are not recognized by the staff are left at a disadvantage. We’ve decided to give this place another chance for the fantastic food, but if we encounter issues with our reservation again or feel mistreated, I won’t be returning.

Cafe Italia offers delightful authentic Italian cuisine. It's a bit small and lacks a stunning decor, but it isn't just a typical pizzeria. I absolutely love their spaghetti and meatballs, especially when paired with a glass of red wine. Highly recommend!
The service was great and the food was even better. I was with a big group celebrating the holiday. Our server was attentive and very accommodating. The food was from this world!

I had a wonderful experience with my family at Cafe Italia. Beautiful waitress who was very friendly and very busy. The food was phenomenal and the portions were huge.
My first time here tonight was the staff very friendly and helpful and the food is some of the best Italian food I had. It is highly recommended to drive Drums.
Delicious Italian dishes!!! Best Wodka and Bolognese sauce in the area!! It's BYOB Do not bring your favorite bottle of wine! The staff is very friendly!
First time here, were invited by friends. The food was fantastic and really enjoyed the whole experience. Will certainly come back again.
