Always a visit to Jannettes, each time through in St Andrews/East Neuk. With an incredible range of ice-cream flavours/sorbets, always yummy. However, I felt incredibly embarrassed with, I think it was the Manager speaking about myself/family, with a fellow colleague, with regards to an incident which happened the previous day. Was with my dad, who wanted to buy my 3 children an ice-cream. Opted for one scoop, which from memory was £2.80. They lady asked my dad if he wanted sprinkles and he said yes. We used to enjoy going to Jannetta's when we were in the area and were excited for another visit. However, we were surprised to find out that it has now become a takeaway with limited seating and a menu that needs to be scanned (we had trouble with the 4G and couldn't find a WiFi password). After reading recent reviews and the manager's responses, it seems that most people still love it, but we were disappointed to see that the full menu and proper dishes were no longer available. I had a wonderful experience at this ice cream shop. My grandchildren were amazed by the variety of flavors available. Although there was a line to order, we were prepared for it and didn't mind at all. The ice cream was delicious, with a wide selection of flavors and toppings to choose from. I was also impressed by their ice cream cakes, something I had never seen before. There was a small cafe area as well, which appeared to be busy. Overall, a delightful visit.
This place was recommended to me by a waitor of The Cellar restaurant (Michelin star restaurant in Anstruther) and I must say it did not disappoint. They offer an amazingly large number of flavours and the ice-cream was just divine, absolutely worth the long queuing (20+ min). I felt like being in Italy for a moment.

My recent trip to Jannettes was a pleasant surprise after finding it on trip advisor. The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They took all allergies seriously and ensured that all dietary restrictions were accommodated for, including dairy-free and vegan options.
Delicious ice cream! Though busy the queue moves fast and service was very efficient. There is a high range of flavours so you will be spoiled for choice. Well worth a visit and don’t be put off if there is a queue.
Never had Gelato before coming here but heard rave reviews, absolutely incredible. So many flavours, absolutely gorgeous taste and nice place to be. Stunning!
Delicious gelato with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I had the hazelnut and loved it. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and nice.
