The Cafe Kosmos is probably the cheapest beer in the Munich city centre. You enter a sober building with naked walls and without equipment. The only facility is the bar where you get half for 1.80€. I don't know if this Spartan setup should be considered particularly hip on two floors, but I didn't feel very comfortable here. The few places make the café quite uncomfortable. For a cheap beer and a quick bagging in the evening it's okay.

Probably it's only for locals, coz they didn't let us in coz we were wearing traditional German clothing for oktoberfest. Not friendly to foreigners!...
