Enthralling and entertaining journey of the Swiss National dog at the museum of the Saint Bernard. We agreed to go to pacify my Daughters interest in all things doggy but I was not expecting to become so absorbed in the three floors of St Bernard history and information. Few dog breeds have such an interesting and heroic story. These brave rescue dogs really do deserve to have their very own museum. There is even the opportunity to meet and pet some of the resident dogs(this really made the visit for my Daughter), these 'lifesavers ' really are something special. I can highly recommend a visit to this very special place.
Very expensive for this family museum. They should offer better sandwiches, salads, etc. open buffet style or adapt the prices because that menu is suitable for couples and not for a family. The waitresses also seemed quite prejudiced, especially the mulatto one, who looked at me quite badly several times. Regular food too. For my part this place should be improved.
