My gf and I just ate at this restaurant and the customer service we received from Silvia was lackluster at best. The moment we walked in her energy wasn’t inviting and she was the greeter. Once my gf received her salad she noticed the amount of fish she received was smaller than usual. We’ve eaten here plenty of times, so she brought it up to our waiter who relayed the message to his manager Silvia. Silvia came out to address our concern, but my gf felt as if Silvia was brushing her off and didn’t seem to care about what she had to say. This was my first time here. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. By the time we left the restaurant was pretty full, but the noise level was not bad at all. It was still easy to hear and carry on a conversation as our table. My only complaint was this. We had reservations for 4 at 6pm. We had made them a week out. When we arrived, almost all of the tables were empty, yet we were seated at the table directly behind the host 's stand which is right at the front door. I would say the least favorite seat in the place. We asked if we could have a better table and the host said, We can 't give you another table. Celebrated our 43rd wedding anniversary. Our entire dining experience was nothing short of Amazing. Server Amelia was friendly and quiet accommodating to our needs. Selina’s drink recommendations were perfect. Ty made sure our meal ended with the BEST bread pudding and ice cream in Atlanta. Thank you Amelia, Selina and Ty for such an amazing night!! Cafe Lily is the total package! A wide variety of delicious food options, wine, cocktails and desserts. The staff is always friendly and helpful, very attentive. Plus, we’re usually able to get reservations the day of. And they have a great lunch too! Cute restaurant in the middle of Decatur. Pros: Classy atmosphere, nice wine selection, nothing in the menu is off the Mediterranean vibe. Cons: I like more salt on my food but maybe is just me.
