My gf and I just ate at this restaurant and the customer service we received from Silvia was lackluster at best. The moment we walked in her energy wasn’t inviting and she was the greeter. Once my gf received her salad she noticed the amount of fish she received was smaller than usual. We’ve eaten here plenty of times, so she brought it up to our waiter who relayed the message to his manager Silvia. Silvia came out to address our concern, but my gf felt as if Silvia was brushing her off and didn’t seem to care about what she had to say. This was my first time here. The food was delicious and our server was excellent. By the time we left the restaurant was pretty full, but the noise level was not bad at all. It was still easy to hear and carry on a conversation as our table. My only complaint was this. We had reservations for 4 at 6pm. We had made them a week out. When we arrived, almost all of the tables were empty, yet we were seated at the table directly behind the host 's stand which is right at the front door. I would say the least favorite seat in the place. We asked if we could have a better table and the host said, We can 't give you another table. We had Sunday brunch for three and sat outside because one of the guests brought her dog. The server was pleasant and engaging. She brought a dish of water wit ice cubes for the dog. The food was excellent, though I will remember to ask for my scrambled eggs to be scrambled well next time. The noise level was a little high for me because I'm deaf and have to turn my hearing aid up to hear my guests, and the traffic noise from the street was also amplified because of that.
They were out of a cocktail that I wanted on the menu and when we ordered the Farro island salmon we were told there was none available There was a big party in the back room and I think they were overwhelmed Our waitress was very nice and very good but everything was just very slow I thought we should’ve been offered a comp on the dessert

Great service, delicious food and attentive staff. We had entrees from the regular menu: salmon, scallop risotto and gemelli pasta. All were excellent. The chocolate chip gelato was a great ending to a wonderful meal.
I love my ravioli with cheese, but they burn my protein (chicken) over cooked and dry. My drink was ok. Not fantastic. The services was pretty good. A little bit over price. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Loved our brunch experience at Cafe Lily, the salads, the shrimp and grits all SO good. Best cappucino I have had in a LONG time.
