It's been a while since I've eaten here but I've always had good food no matter what I ordered. Took my sister her for the first time and she was very happy. Portion sizes are big and the price point is great.Chicken Doria was creamy with perfect toastiness from the bake. It's very rich so it fills you up fast so don't let the size of the dish fool you.Hayashi rice with hamburg steak was also on point. This is a dish that's too bothersome to make at home so it's always a treat to order it. Lovely deep flavour, perfect consistency to flavor both the hamburg steak and coat the rice. Also ordered the croquettes these were rice based rather than potato which is an instant plus for me. Crispy and...

This local restaurant in a neighbourhood strip plaza combines comfort food with an Asian Japanese twist. We ordered the Nanban chicken dinner and the chicken cutlet dinner. Each comes with white sticky rice and a small salad. The chicken cutlet is thin breast meat that is breaded with panko and deep fried crispy and comes with a tangy ponzu sauce. The nanban chicken is a breaded cutlet that is coated with a sweet and sour sauce and comes with an asian tartar sauce. Each is a complete meal at a reasonable price. The menu includes a variety of spaghetti dishes. Do not expect familiar tomato based sauces. The sauces are Japanese fusion creations. The spaghetti with meat ball is served with a si...

We first laughed at the notion “modern Italian Japanese fusion”…but decided to give it a try. The Homemade croquettes were very tasty, as was the pork sauté with onion ponzu sauce. The fried prawns were large, and did not disappoint. Salmon and chips were a little on the small side portion wise, but seemed to fill our friend sufficiently. Also no complaints from our friend that had the curry with prawns. The meals came with sticky rice and a nice little salad. Service was friendly and attentive. The place is small, and was full while we were there, but food came out pretty quickly (though not all together for our party of 4, which left a person waiting while the others ate always awkward) Al...

This place popped up randomly on my maps and I'm glad it did! This was their first day back since closing for vacation and although we did have to put our names down, we got a seat only a few short minutes later. The tables were placed quite close to each other so it's quite cozy inside! My best friend and I shared a chicken karaage, creamy tomato pasta, hayashi on rice with a hamburger steak, and their summer special mango parfait. Everything was delicious and very affordable compared to most places. Our favourite was the dessert with it's many textures and freshness! The staff were also friendly and attentive I highly recommend giving this place a try and I'll likely visit again sometime soo... Friday night dinner after badminton, saw great reviews online, so we wentJapanese curry I know it’s a hit and miss thing, we ordering the curry pork cutlet, it’s not bad, but not my favourite.Carbonara was very good, we love the sauce and the burger steak, so goodThe Burger Doria was good too, it took a little longer but it’s worth the wait, so creamy and cheesy, delicious dishThe atmosphere was also good too, little neighborhood restaurant, with decent decor, and playing jazz music, perfect for simple relaxing dinner

The pasta flavours here are quite delicious. I had the spaghetti one with ketchup based sauce and really liked the tangy edge to it. Very satisfying. Also tried the carbonara one which was very creamy. Mango roll cake was fresh too. Great Japanese fusion Italian pasta meal. Service is basic though and a bit curt.

The pasta I got was not bad—it was an interesting take on fusion. The one thing that I personally was not fond of was how close the tables were. Although it did not affect my dining experience, I just felt that people were seated a bit too close to one another.
