Lo conozco desde hace un montón de años, y de hecho siempre que voy a Durango, me paso a tomar unos pintxos por el bar Pausta, ya que su ubicación es fantástica al estar justo en la plaza donde se encuentra la Basílica de Uribarri. En mi opinión tiene los mejores pintxos de Durango, ya que incluso ellos mismos dicen que realizan mini-cocina. Aunque sólo con ver su barra repleta de pintxos de todas las clases, ya te haces una idea... Tienen prácticamente de todo, desde bocadillos muy variados: Jamón, lomo, bacon o múltiples tortillas de patata (con chorizo, jamón serrano o york con queso), hasta toda clase de pintxos como rollito de morcilla, huevo relleno con gamba, merluza, etc... Por ejemplo la última vez que estuve en octubre pedimos bocatas de tortila de patata, de tortilla con chorizo y una ración de rabas y gambas... ¡todo delicioso! Os lo aseguro...
