Wow what an experience! The restaurants is situated inside an adorable wooden maison, from the moment we entered we felt welcomed in this cozy and curated space. We went to celebrate my birthday and we had one of the most amazing meals in Switzerland, I’m not joking. I’ve been living in the area for 8 years and I find it hard to get good varied food, homemade, tasty and with good genuine ingredients. Restaurant Les Collines has gone above and beyond. We've had a very good dinner at this restaurant. The croûte aux chanterelles was very good with a perfect mixed salad which quality was way above the kind that is usually served in small restaurant (the kind that seem to be coming out of a...can... . They have many different kind of fondue that I would love to go back to taste. Reservation is recommended as it is small. The atmosphere is charming and the service was friendly, but I was surprised to overhear saying to a customer reserving a table that they should arrive before 20h15. Maybe they close down earlier on Friday...?
Extraordinary gourmet restaurant, with regional products and exquisite flavors. Subtlety in the combinations of tastes and magnificent presentation. Colorful plates and all fresh, homemade products.
