Cafe Rio - Réserver une table

This restaurant is located near a Trader Joe’s and other great shopping on Union Park Avenue. There is plenty of parking and it is rarely too busy. The staff is generally helpful, but not as customer service-oriented as other Cafe Rio locations I have been to. I had a conversation with the manager once and he was quite dismissive when I raised an issue. While I understand no one wants to be told how to run their restaurant, listening to customers is crucial for success. Improved leadership and training could greatly benefit this Cafe Rio location and improve their overall performance.

The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. The portion sizes were just right. The service was excellent, quick, and friendly. The location in a shopping plaza is ideal, with plenty of parking available. They are following proper safety precautions during the pandemic. I was disappointed to hear that the chocolate flan has been discontinued, but I highly recommend trying their tres leches instead.

My co-workers and I come to this restaurant every week. Today, we ordered food for the entire office, which was about 12 meals in total. The orders were ready when we arrived, and the staff was very patient as we checked to ensure all sauces and sides were included. This place is the best option for satisfying your Cafe Rio cravings!

Super yummy!! Only downside was the horchata was warm and not mixed, and the portions aren’t as big as other locations. But still tasted amazing!!! There was also a hair in the food haha

This restaurant is not vegan-friendly as the rice contains dairy. Overall, I did not have a good experience.
