Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

We haven't experienced any problems this afternoon! Our Burritos were great!! And the staff at their game seemed pretty good, especially considering that there seemed to be some team members coming either only on Shift or returning from their breaks!!! We were not really excited to see the exorbitant fee for extra cheese!!! We have asked for more on our Burritos how we like them Enchilada Style and the additional fee for adding ingredients should be sufficient, it seems. But on this order we also became for 2 pages cheese $1.50 EACH!!! In our opinion, that was just a bit extreme. Don't get me wrong, I definitely understand that you are running a business and want business to run in the blacks if possible! This is at least commendable!! However, I do not believe that it is necessary to keep the profit margins at an acceptable level.

This place is a disaster. These employees are stuck up and don?t want to help anyone. I on accident ordered to the wrong location and the manager told me to have fun on my 5 hour drive towards my food. I then turned to corporate cafe rio where the lady was very nice and said yeah they should have helped you, but let me help you out. I then continued to wait, but the manager refused to make my food saying that we were scamming them somehow. I had to call customer service again to prove that I really did get it figured out. The manager here is one of the meanest people I have ever worked with. Nothing I could do was right, she was always correct and then while nobody was in the store I waited for my food for 55 minutes and watched her sit there on her phone.

I ordered in car side. They were 25 mins later then the suggested time. I had to call to check on my order. They forgot my drink which took another 5 mins. I get home and pull out my lunch . It look soggy and un eatable. And tasted how it looked. They did not give me the sour cream and guacamole i paid for. Very disappointing

Food was just ok service well I wasn't happy when I asked for cheese was basically asked if I wanted lettuce and picco, myself and another person asked more than twice for cheese and never got it. Will never go back to that place ever.

The food was great, restaurant clean and limited staff carried out with capacity. Experience has been slightly affected due to personnel problems. I'll visit this facility again. I begin to appreciate those who work under these times.
