This place is Awful and has not trained the bouncers at the door how to greet the customers because of whom probably they are getting their salaries from.I and my friends visited this place last night , we forgot our ids so we went home and got the Ids and when went inside.While going inside my friend guy friend was carrying a man bag was told that he’s not allowed to get the bag inside when we asked him for a reason for the same he didn’t answer any thing but at the same time I was allowed with my lady bag in there.We offered him if he can check his bag and allow him inside then but he insisted us to go back hide your man bag inside and then you can enter which is so disrespectful and bad.T...
A group of 5 of us (4 girls 1 boy) were denied access because the bouncer said there were no tables and only bookings were allowed in (we knew lots of tables were available as we knew people in there). Regardless we walked away. BUT THEN the group of 5 behind us (5 girls) were allowed straight in without being questioned and without a booking. Little did the bouncer know, the other group of 5 was with us. I walked straight up to the entrance after seeing them being allowed in and asked my mates and the bouncer how they were allowed in and we weren’t! It's a shame as the actual place is a good bar and club. The security and bouncers ruin the experience, as many people have also voiced below. They're rude, discriminating and assault people. They wouldn't let us in because of our shoes and after talking about it for a while one of the bouncers decides to punch one of us in the face for no apparent reason. They even called other bars and told them not to let us in as apparently our reaction is unexpected after punching someone in the face.
Security is targeting the wrong people for not having the right shoes or being in the military, yet girls are having their drinks spiked and they are allowing it to happen. It makes no sense and I do not want to go to this place. I have heard so many negative things about this establishment, it should be shut down. Girls are having their drinks spiked by guys and they allow it to happen. This situation seriously needs to be addressed.

The security personnel at Chelmsford Bar and Beyond are the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. People go out to have fun and enjoy their Saturday night, but the security staff treat customers like animals. No one deserves to be insulted or treated in such a disrespectful manner. Something needs to be done about this.
I was not impressed with the behavior of the bouncers at this restaurant last night when they ganged up on a friend in a 4 against 1 situation and ended up beating him up. I recommend avoiding this place for your own safety.
Really disappointed, the doorman stopped my friends son from going in just because he's in the army. He had done nothing but drop his waller which revealed his army I'd. Disgraceful.
Bouncers don’t care if your a girl or boy they will still pick you up and Chuck you out staff are just rude to everyone they only like you when you’re getting a booth or bottles

Floor is sticky, drinks are expensive and barely any staff on the bar so takes ages to get served
