Das Cafe / Bäckerei Schäfer ist modern und trotzdem relativ gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat einen guten Blick auf das Treiben auf der Bärenkreuzung in Oberursel, so dass einem auch nicht langweilig wird.Der Kaffeepreis ist nicht gerade billig, dafür gibt es aber eine große Tasse ( Medi ) für 2,20 EUR. Eine leckere Kaffeestange dazu ( 1,40 EUR ), und man kann sich wohl fühlen. Die Backwaren haben allgemein sehr gute Qualität. Wer will, kann sich eine Kundenkarte geben lassen, dann ist jeder zwölfte Kaffee umsonst.Vor der Bäckerei gibt es auch Tische im Freien unter Sonnenschirmen. Auch da sitzt man ganz passabel. Das Innere ist allerdings, würde ich sagen, etwas gemütlicher.

"Schäfer, Dein Bäcker" ist eine sehr schnell expandierende Bäckereikette im Familienbesitz. In Oberursel haben innerhalb eines Jahres zwei Filialen aufgemacht. Insgesamt sind es 80. Die Warenqualität liegt auf dem Niveau der Mitbewerber. Ordendlich, aber nicht herausragend oder irgendwie individuell. Das angeschlossene Cafe ist so wie ein modernes Bäckereicafé halt ist: Ein Ort normierter Gemütlichkeit.Mittelmaß ist das was Schäfer sein will und Mittelmaß erreichen Sie mit Bravour. Insofern: Alle Ziele erfüllt.

War heute hier um einen Kaffee zu trinken, leider wird hier Sauberkeit offenbar nicht groß geschrieben, Kaffeelöffel nicht sauber, habe den 3. dann selbst gereinigt, auf den Polstern liegen zahlreiche Krümel und an dem Platz in der Ecke sind Spinnweben.
