I had dinner at this restaurant recently, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The food was disappointing, earning just a single star. While the service was decent and received a middle-of-the-road rating of three stars, the overall atmosphere did not impress me either, earning a two-star rating. Overall, I can't say I would recommend this place based on my experience.

Always a great meal at Cafe Telegraph. The owner takes great pride in every dish and it definitely shows. If we lived a little closer, I would eat there a LOT more often. Definitely a must try when in South St Louis! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Have been in more than a few times. Food= upscale bar food. Service= I don’t recommend trying to order off their Google menu, it’s not up to date. Phone order= don’t even. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
We sat down and placed our orders, but after about 30 minutes, we were informed that they were out of what we had ordered. It seems there was a communication issue between the kitchen and our server, so it wasn't her fault.
We had a party of 16, a few different checks and they were so accommodating. Wonderful service, always great food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
