Etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrswege versteckt sich in Unterseen (Interlaken) - gleich neben der Raiffeisenbank - ein gediegenes Restaurant... aus Zeitmangel (geschäftlicher Zwischenhalt im Berner Oberland) reichte es nur für einen Kaffee - der kam jedoch herrschaftlich wie selten zuvor daher... elegante Serviceschale und moderne Tasse... perfekte Schaumbildung mit von Hand (?) modelliertem Herz im Schaum... exzellent, auch im GeschmackTolle, freundliche Bedienung und lockere Ambiance - ein veritables Bijour und die Ueberraschung des Tages
Spent the morning exploring the back alleys of touristy Interlaken in search of that perfect place. It was only once I crossed the bridge to the old section of Unterseen that this gem, tucked away in the corner came into my awareness. It brought salad and sandwich to new levels. Gabriela makes everything from scratch and it was delightful.....so much so that I had to top it off with sublime warm apple streusel mint vanilla sauce. If you travel here, do yourself a favor and savor the flavors.
This is a cute little gem of a place, quietly hidden away on a back street away from the town square. They make the best sandwiches there - high quality ingredients, all home-made, even down to the mayo - scrumptious! They even have German Hofbrauhaus beer! We loved the nice and cozy atmosphere inside, and they even have a cute little outside patio. Kudos to our waitress, Gabriela, who gave us great service and made us laugh. We highly recommend this place!
What a find! I went for an evening meal (note cash only although handy cash machine just outside). Only one choice of dinner and was lucky as I had no reservation. The chef is Austrian so they are traditional Austrian dishes. Hope it have time to pop back during the day.

Feine Schinkengipfeli,guter Espresso,Schöne Serviertochter!Wirklich ein kleines spezielles Plätzchen.(Zur Überraschung,kam noch,was Wir erst nacher bemerkten,Sänger Philip Fankhauser dazu)....Um es kurz zu fassen : Sehr zu empfehlen! ;)
Out of the way in Interlaken's old town is this quaint, old fashioned cafe where you can just sit in the very quiet square and enjoy excellent coffee and cakes, No hassle, no crowds, good cakes at a reasonable price.
After a long meeting, the smell and taste of coffee were a real pleasure, the coffee is excellent, the staff also relaxing music, I hope to have the opportunity to come again
Cafe has a very peaceful enviornment just like Switzerland. The temperature was really good as we just entered after shivering in snow. Served amazing hot chocolate.

Kleines Restaurant mit sehr viel Charme und sehr gutem Mittagessen in Unterseen. Bestnoten in allen Bereichen und sehr empfehlenswert.
Идеальный завтрак! Кофе и свежайшая выпечка не оставят равнодушными никого! До сих пор вспоминает это кафе.
