"This is a good place for celiacs! (as long as you can also eat cheese :P). This is a very easy place to eat, where you can have almost anything that they offer (this place is just for fondue so that's all there is on the menu, but of what there is, the majority is gluten free). The menu doesn't have any allergen information on it, but the staff is fluent in English and is very happy and ready to talk to you about what's in all of the fondues. The staff totally understands celiac and will bring you your own mini fondue pot to prevent cross contamination with others at your table using the bread to dip. They don't have gluten free bread, but they offer several items for dipping into the fondue that everyone gets unlimited, so I didn't miss the bread. There are potatoes and pickles and onions and tomatoes and plenty of other things. For the chocolate fondue, you can just use the fruit. Almost all of their fondues are gluten free! Their gochujang fondue isn't because most standard gochujang isn't, but the rest of their fondues are all gf. The staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, the food is delicious, and the location is highly beautiful. If you're in the Interlaken area, I hands-down recommend THIS as the place to go for fondue!"
