Harder Kulm Panorama

We ordered a margarita pizza and ice cream and after about 20 minutes we kindly asked one of the waiter staff to tell us how long it was going to take because we were short on time for other activities. She went inside, and in a few minutes a manager/waiter came out with a small pizza. He set it down at our table and yelled at us, "DON'T MAKE UP STORIES...YOUR ORDER CAME AS FAST AS IT COULD...YOU DIDN'T WAIT 20 MINUTES!!!" This is definitely not the way you talk to customers, paying customers, who have only asked a simple question. But that wasn't the worst part. Ich war an einem Samstag bei schönsten Wetter auf der Restaurantsterrasse zum Essen. Bis mich der Kellner wahrnahm ging es eine kleine Weile. Damit bin ich aber mit den "negativ"-Punkten bereits am Ende. Es waren soviele Touristen auf dem Harderkulm, dass man überhaupt froh sein konnte als alleinige Person einen Tisch zu bekommen. Ein riesiges Lob deshalb für alle Angestellten und den Chef ( der selber zupackt!) Dies Freundlichkeite, ja Herzlichkeit in all der Hektik zu behalten zeigt Professionalität! Das Essen kam dann schnell. Zuerst Suppe und kaum war der Teller leer wurde dieser abgeräumt und der Hauptgang aufgetragen. Die Gemüsesuppe war total fein, ich glaube ich hätte mich an ihr sat...

Which lake is more beautiful, Brienzersee or Thunersee? Come up to this beautiful century old Restaurant, step out onto the newly built viewing platform, and decide for yourself. This is one of few places where you can see Lake Brienz with your left eye and lake Thun with your right eye (local variety of strabism), and all the majestic Bernese Oberland Alpine scenery comes for free.Food and drinks, though good, are secondary, you really come here (walking or by super fast mountain cable railway) to enjoy the awsome views and go hiking. From here, we continued on a worthwile hike along the ridge of the Harder. Allow for approx. 5 hours for return hike.

Mit einem befreundeten Paar machten wir einen Ausflug auf den Harder in Interlaken. Das Panorama mit Aussichtsplattform ist atemberaubend schön! Wir haben ein feines Mittagessen draussen auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und nett, obwohl das Restaurant voll besetzt war! Immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht wurden wir bedient! Der Chef persönlich erlaubte uns, die Räumlichkeiten im oberen Stockwerk zu besichtigen. Dieser Ausflug war ein absolutes Erlebnis für uns. Subir ao Harder Kulm é algo que já avaliei e acho imperdível. De lá você terá uma vista de toda a cidade com seus dois lagos que a circundam. Use o funicular e em 10 a 20 minutos você terá aos seus pés um dos cartões postais da Suíça mais bonitos. Dew lá você avista o Jungfraujoch de cara, imponente. Orgulhos dos Suíços. Quanto ao restaurante, não é lá essas coisas. É muito bom, mas não é excepcional. O atendimento é muito cortes pois os suíços sabem receber com carinho e atenção seus turistas. O chope é bom e o visual de dentro do restaurante vale.

This place is perfect for whiling away the rime while enjoying a nice meal, a cold drink in the must stunningly beautiful environment imaginable! We had superb, friendly service. We added the set lunch to our funicular rail trip up the mountain for an extra 3 francs each. this was excellent value for money as the food was of a very good quality. Wish I could go back today!

The taste of the food is average and nothing fancy here. Its just that you can enjoy the scenery over the lakes and Jungfraujoch from the restaurant. The price is average and customer service is rather above average. Wouldnt really recommend to having a full meal here. Maybe a coffee or beer would be surfice enough.

Im gut besuchten Restaurant noch einen Tisch ergattern können. Bedienung sehr flink und äusserst freundlich. Da wir noch einige Kilometer Marsch vor uns hatten, haben wir uns für eine feine Früchtewähe entschieden. Hat gemundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Réservez une table maintenant

one goes up from interlaken with funicular kind of cable car, a ten minute ride. the view from the top and the ambiance there is breadth taking. one always wonders what you should do to be born there in your next life.

Beautiful view and nice coworkers. They allowed us to sit anywhere we wanted and take photos around.
