Restaurant LANDHAUS Manor Farm

I am a local from the Interlaken area. La Conchiglia is known for being a family friendly restaurant so the noise of the many families with kids does not bother me at all. I have been there several times and the food has always been good. I would also not agree with some of the comments here in terms of the restaurant being overpriced. Quite the opposite actually. Yes, a Pizza costs around CHF 20 but this is Switzerland. Get over it!I do however share some of the other people's view about the service. I hate to say it but the service is quite bad. The guy who appears to be running the place tries to be funny but he does it in a way that often leaves people wondering if he is being funny or if he is mocking them. This can create a very awkward, unpleasant atmosphere. Further to that he is not very responsive to the guests requests. As a customer I do not feel like I'm king.

Bin hin und wieder mit Freunden zum Essen hier verabredet und alle sind immer begeistert! Der Chefkoch ist Italiener und beherrscht sein Fach. Die Speisen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail garniert und hübsch angerichtet. Die Karte ist sehr abwechslungsreich, saisonal und hat für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Es hat eine attraktive Gartenterrasse und auch innen herrscht ein schönes Ambiente. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war mit Freunden zu Gast auf dem Camping. Die bestellten Pizzen wurden alle gelobt und als fein geheissen! Zwei Tage später ass ich eine sehr feine Lasagne. Das Essen war gut und der Service aufmerksam und nett.

Great restaurant on the lake. Indoor and outdoor seating. The food is a high variety of German and seafood.
