Stopped off here on route to the Dali Museum. This little Cafe serves the nicest Fresh Iberian Ham Baguettes perfect for lunch, The waitress, Server, Manager lady was a credit she kept the place ticking over, doing 101 jobs on her own with no help no one had to wait, everything was freshly made by her while juggling everything else. Great Cafe Exceptional Service.
After driving to Figueres, and parking the car underneath the market, it seemed like a good idea to grab a beer or two, and to find out where the Dali museum was. The Estrella Damms went down a treat, and the friendly waitresses obliged with (very simple) directions to the museum.
Buenos desayunos y meriendas. Los dulces de la Pastelería Fàbrega, que está situada enfrente. La terraza muy cómoda, la una pega, nunca o casi nunca hay mesas libres. A tener paciencia.
Nice little cafe close to the market. The outside seats give a nice view of the street and the fountain on the roundabout. The cafe cortado and the chocolate croissant are a real treat. Réservez une table maintenant
