If half stars were available, I would give it a 3.5. The pros include bar seating reservations and a diverse menu. However, the cons are that drink prices are high at $15 for a martini and $13 for a Grey Goose and cranberry. To add insult to injury, there was a $1.50 upcharge for stuffed olives in the martini, making the total cost $16.50 (which is expensive even for NYC). The service was lacking, as we had to remind the server three times for bread and they never came back after our dinner was served. There was also no offer for refreshing cocktails.
4/4/22 ? We were there for dinner . We were celebrating hubby?s birthday . It was four of us . Plenty of Parking . We were there for 4:30pm. We were second group in on a Monday . I was surprise they were open on Monday . Restaurant decor is very nice . We were greeted promptly . My husband has been to this restaurant before . It was my first time . My husband had for his favorite waiter . Mackenzie was very helpful and profesional . She was very good at explaining the specials
Omg this was our 1st time and it serenely isn't our last. Ashley was our waitress and she was great! Very attentive. We were seated right away, we had 5pm reservations. Bread, oil and drinks were brought to is very quickly. The margherita pizza was amazing. Light and crispy, the red sauce was so good. I could have eaten it with a spoon. My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana and I ordered the eggplant parmigiana. Generous portions, we both took some home. We also ordered
My dining companion and I decided last minute to have dinner together, as we were in the vicinity. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. In our opinion, the chair backs in the dining area were at an odd angle. My companion enjoyed her Maker's Mark Manhattan cocktail, and the service was good. I personally found the smoked mozzarella appetizer to be delicious, but my companion did not agree. Both of our chicken dinners were good and served hot. Réservez une table maintenant
Had a great dinner experience here last weekend. Was able to get a Saturday reservation, was seated promptly and offered drinks and the list of specials. The martini selection is GREAT! So many options, can't wait to come back to try others. The food was also delicious. My entire party was very satisfied with their meals and drinks. The manager made sure to stop by and check on everything. I can't wait to go back and try more!
The co reviewer and I stopped by for a last minute dinner as we were in the area. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. In our area of the restaurant the chair backs are at an odd angle? Her Makers Mark manhattan was well made and the service was good. I thought the smoked mozzarella was a tasty appetizer, the co reviewer not so much. Our 2 chicken dinners were both good and were served hot.
Honestly, you can never go wrong at Cafe Itre. They have been serving up delicious Italian dishes for almost 30 years, and a visit here will show you exactly why! The food, service, and atmosphere are top-notch, making it my go-to spot for authentic, fresh Italian cuisine. The calamari was the best I've ever had, and I don't think I'll ever have a bad experience here.
