Having been using Cafe Nero Brentwood regularly for some years now. The staff are friendly enough and very helpful. However, they are still using throw away cups when every other coffee house has gone back to using china. This is supposedly for hygiene reasons. Yet they are so busy standing around gossiping and playing with customers dogs that they cant be bothered cleaning the tables and chairs
We love this place in Billericay High Street! Always excellent service from the staff. Nicely prepared food and the very best of cappuccinos and hot chocolate! A very special mention must go to Tracey who consistently goes beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend you visit this place when in town! Terry Tina Rothery
I use this Nero regularly and unlike other coffee shops this one holds onto it staff who are hardworking, helpful and friendly. I did have to wait a few seconds more for my coffee when the barista took the coffee over to a disabled customer but surely that just shows how thoughtful they are?
