my wife and I are great fans of nero and have visited every Saturday the lancaster filiale, always impressed by the quality of coffee and friendly staff. today was a great disappointment. we were served by a large young man with glasses. he spent too much time chatting with his colleagues and it took too long to make the drinks. no big problem in this phase. When we sat down, we found that our coffees were only halfway on the cup, the rest was froth. my wife went back to the counter and simply asked for a top-up of warm milk. the same young man said cappucinos contain foam. my wife answered that she knew very well, but the coffee was far under the cup. instead of just getting on with the job...
