I want to start by saying the *employees* are always very friendly and do an excellent job, but like many places these days, the person who actually runs the business seems to have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Any time I come in the music is so loud it feels like there's a literal orchestra performing in the middle of the cafe. I asked one day to have the music turned down because, you know, I don't want to feel like the first chair of the Philharmonic is leaning over my shoulder playing Beethoven's 5th while I'm trying to enjoy my coffee. lattes are nice AND don't break bank. 16oz for under 5$ which is rather rare these days. sometimes there's only one worker working so it could take a bit of time but they are v nice people. but best of all is the abundance of desks to do work and OUTLETS. oh, and the music is actually tasteful and isn't being blasted at full volume- this is the first coffee shop i feel i can concentrate on my work. if you want a coffee shop to do work come here.
I absolutely love this place! I always receive great service with a smile. Their vegan breakfast roll and café au lait are incredibly delicious. Today, I was running late for an appointment, so I quickly grabbed a Danish and a chocolate croissant for a friend. It was so tempting to get one for myself!
The vegan breakfast sandwich was exactly what I wanted. A simple sausage and egg morning start. They can't mess it up it's all frozen. The employees told me the coffee smoothies were a lot to be desired so I only order the sandwich

Saw this brand a lot in Europe but didnt get a chance to try. Now finally went to one in the States lol. I was a little sad that they didn’t do coffee art in my latte but I couldn’t complain anything because the taste is so good.

Really? We have to use a code to access the bathroom? No other place does that. It's a pity because this location has a lot of potential otherwise.

got my order completely wrong. instead of receiving my 4 items, i was given a croissant and a coffee that i’m not sure was even my order.
The coffee I picked up today was terrible! I had to throw it away. I usually enjoy Cafe Nero coffee, but today was just disappointing!
