Amazing experience! We originally planned to dine at a restaurant with a 2-hour wait on a Saturday night, but ended up at Cafe Sport based on a recommendation. What a hidden gem! The decor is reminiscent of colorful and whimsical Sicilian furniture. The atmosphere is cozy and spacious, with just the right amount of noise. The portions were very generous, and we enjoyed sharing a salad, Vongele, and pasta Diablo. Absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant as a must-visit destination. The cozy and colorful decor is reminiscent of Sicily, similar to White Lotus.
This restaurant is such a good find! it’s in the heart of north beach, so easy to get to. The food here is fantastic, great enough that after we ate here the first time we HAD to come back. The cioppino is a San Fransisco specialty and theirs is the perfect example of a great, traditional ciopino. I highly recommend checking this place out. José took such good care of us, his service is impeccable! Luis was also a fantastic professional. Definitely a spot worth going to.
Food was gross and decor very over the top. The only good thing was the staff. I ordered the carbonnara which was SUPER salty which made it hard to eat. My boyfriend got the meatball mushroom spaghetti... the meatballs were flavorless and had a funny texture. It definitely was not fresh. Neither of us finished our plates. There were so many other better places around Little Italy we should have gone. We regret coming to this place for food.
We’ve been there twice now. What a perfect little spot in San Francisco! The food is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had and the service is always top notch. Sitting either outside or inside is sure to be a great experience. Even when they’re super busy, weekend evening, they make sure to take care of their guests. I plan to visit frequently.

Great place for a birthday celebration. Another party was taking place in the back as well. It's advised to make reservations in advance. We were lucky to arrive early and secure a table, as the restaurant filled up quickly, even by 5 o'clock. The mushroom pizza was fantastic, but the pesto gnocchi was just alright.
Great place to drop in and enjoy some good wine and cozy food. If you like a garlic, seafood and a well balanced house red, look no further. One of my go-to cafes in North Beach; I've never been disappointed.Food: 5/5
I absolutely adored this Italian restaurant in San Francisco. The food was the most delicious Italian cuisine I have ever had in the city. I would definitely return to dine here again!
been there twice now, it's a very nice restaurant, it was lively and fun, great place for friends and dates , the pasta al scampi is my favorite and get the menabrea blonda !!!
