This cafe in Croydon Park is one of the best little gems around! They have received a local business award, and rightfully so. I have visited this cafe a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, and there is always a line for take-away orders in the mornings and at lunchtime. Since they first opened, they have made great improvements, especially with their coffee and food offerings. The coffee is top-notch and some of the best in the area. Very pleasant local cafe; nice decor. Now peeps, as we know, a big plate of food does not necessarily translate to great value but in this case, it really did. Our beautiful big breakfast platters represented exceptional value! I had the vegetarian plate and my bloke was almost stopped by the big breakfast (but not quite . Both breakfasts were delicious. My vege plate had an astonishing variety of fresh, cleanly prepared veges a great change from the norm. Zucchini asparagus mushies potato avo pesto etc. A selection of breads on offer. Even as a picky eater, I've been coming here for two years and will keep supporting this local business. It can get busy, so be prepared to wait for freshly prepared food. If you're in a rush, there's always a McDonald's nearby. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, kid-friendly, and pet-friendly with high chairs and outdoor seating available.
A new local brunch place, the staff were nice and definitely very attentive after reading all the bad reviews before mine. The food overall was ok, just abit disappointed that my poached egg was over cooked!!! Yes guys, unfortunately it was every eggs Benedict nightmare : . I am a regular at this cafe. Have been coming for months now I love the breakfasts. I am very fussy with my poached eggs and have never been disappointed they have always been cooked to perfection. Coffee is good too. Congenial atmosphere will continue to be my favourite local cafe.
