We came in at 8:10 PM. We requested from the hostess to be seated at the bar, and she signaled us to put our names within the tablet for the waitlist. She told us the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes. But she did not ask us for our names. We had two people ahead of us. We waited 40 minutes and then came inside to be seated. The hostess then proceeded to make us wait another 20 minutes while she bussed the table for us. Good afternoon.. my name is I’m inquiring about a refund for a deposit I put down for a bday party Aug 13th at your oakbrook location that I called Jennifer yesterday to CANCEL. She told me via text that it would be a credit to the store and not a cash refund. This was not discussed at all during the planning of this bday. This place customer service is garbage! I went there 3x and both times the hostesses have been extremely rude for no reason. I am a big foodie but I hate to come back here just because of the customer service. They don't care because their tip is guaranteed and forced on your bill. Customer service shouldn't be poor just because you get tipped regardless. Management needs to look into this. I won't be surprised if other people complain of the same issue.
