Cajun Grill At Clackamas

I had high hopes after seeing the food at the restaurant, but was disappointed when I got home and tried the prawns (which are a favorite of mine). They were extremely soggy and seemed to be lacking in quality. I tried a few more, but each one had a strange smell and the texture was off-putting. I used to enjoy the food from this place, so I was surprised by the decline in quality. The mixed vegetables were decent thanks to the broccoli, but the peppers had a strange taste. For the price, I wish I had gotten something more enjoyable to eat. It looks like I'll be having PB&J for dinner instead.

I enjoyed the flavor of the bourbon chicken, but it was difficult to eat since the chicken and vegetables were not cut into bite-sized pieces and the plastic knife provided was not effective. There were also several pieces of gristle in the dish. Additionally, the white rice was not fluffy or sticky as I prefer. I believe improving the ease of eating and offering samples could potentially boost sales for the restaurant, as it always seems empty. It is disappointing.
