California Dentistry Braces

I recently had a tooth abscess that was causing me a lot of pain for weeks. Unfortunately, my previous dental office had closed down, so I was left without a dentist. After struggling to find an appointment at several dental offices in my area, I was referred to California Dentistry Braces by a friend. I had a great experience with them from the beginning. Their receptionist listened to my situation and booked me for an appointment the following week. They quickly assessed my issue and provided me with a plan of action. A nice dental office with friendly staff, but I feel cheated a bit. They started offering services to DeltaCare USA insurance holders last year and immediately jumped ship after my first checkup and cleaning since the insurance wasn't paying anything. While I recognize that this is mainly an insurance issue, I wish the office staff would have done their homework so I wouldn't have to change dentists or insurance. But since they were mostly upfront with me and gave me a good cleaning, they don't deserve any less than 3 stars.

As a new patient at this dental office, I am impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the doctor. He is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable with his gentle touch. The office staff is also friendly and attentive to my well-being, ensuring that I am comfortable during my visits. They even make check-up calls to remind me of my appointments. I would highly recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

their fishy subtl ads at groupons are meant to catch interest of customers with no really commitment to the ad details , which ends up wasiting hours to cancel these groupons with groupon terrible customer service i dont recommend anyone trust this clinics for their business nevertheless their teeth work

I have been coming here with my son for about a year, and honestly I had the best dental experience hands down. The staff is great and friendly. My son has special needs and they made sure he was calm and comfortable through out the whole process. Thank you so much

All they're concerned about is getting paid they don't care about trying to understand your health insurance or Situation they just send you away if they're not sure if they're going to get paid but I called multiple people telling me that my insurance covers it.

Bad experience with staff members. Very rude and unprofessional when it comes to proper phone manners. Responding with I don 't know what to tell you will not get you any service in my book. Will not even be giving this location a chance!

Came here with my husband to get our check up and cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and the newer technology. This will be our new dentist moving forward. We both were in and out in an hour!

Dr. Kim does not talk much. He works with quick concentration. I am on my 3rd implant tooth with him. That has worked out so well that I find the long travel from San Diego acceptable.

I hadn't been to a dentist in years, so I came here for a check-up. I had my teeth deep cleaned and four cavities filled during two separate visits. Overall, it was a good experience.
