It took us thirty minutes to receive our salad, only to discover a long piece of plastic wrap in it with no explanation. After waiting an hour for our pasta, which the restaurant was not busy at the time, we noticed that even the plates were cold. The customers sitting next to us at the bar left after waiting an hour for their food, and when it arrived, all three dishes were cold. It seems like the staff may be overwhelmed or understaffed.

We waited on a Saturday afternoon for our table, and were initially told it would take 15-20 minutes. However, after waiting for 25 minutes, we were told it would now take an additional 35 minutes. Frustrated, we approached the host, Daniel, who informed us that it would still take at least 20 minutes. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism, we have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant was clean, service was great, we especially enjoyed the robot that delivered our food. The chick pea crust was delicious, it exceeded my expectations. I wish I could order the crusts in bulk to keep on hand.
The service at this restaurant has declined over the last decade. It is unfortunate because I enjoy many of the menu items, but there is a severe shortage of staff. In fact, there is hardly any staff at all.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant about a month ago on my way to a 12-hour shift. When I arrived, I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, which was frustrating because I was in a hurry.

Tge south-western bowl was FANTASTIC*The dressing delicious!Arugula artichoke starter salad with goat cheese was amazing. The portion is too small.
