It was my last meal in Woodland Hills, so my wife treated me to a dinner at CPK. We wanted to try out the ambiance of the restaurant. We were seated comfortably in a corner and our server quickly took our drink orders. We opted for fresh lemonade and also ordered our pizzas right away as we were very hungry. We chose the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Thin Crust Pizza. We also asked for a recommended dessert and decided on the Butter Cake without ice cream.
While waiting for our lemonades, I noticed that the restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday. When our pizzas arrived, they looked delicious and appetizing.
I usually don't complain to have worked in the industry for years. that was great. it was hot. the problem is that I don't have a server. the pizza cook has received the attention of one of the manager, I think that came and my order took and delivered brot. he also has a drink, someone else has delivered my food. I never checked if I needed anything. Nobody ever asked if I wanted a cocktail. now I'm sitting here to write this review after my tellers have been released for a leak. I have to ask someone to get it. that's bad management. many thanks to pizza kitchen for at least seeing I was looking for lunch and grab someone's attention.
we always came to cpk we were in the shopping center, which was very often. the food and the service were fantastic. the pandemic has brought us to take a brake, but we are back and eating was as good as before. the grill chicken salad and oriental pizza was fresh and very tasty, even more than before, the sicily is so good. I like the chicken shells and usually get it as an appetizer instead of regular salats. the service could improve something, took a little longer than normal to get our teller. but it is good, we were filled with white brot and olive oil.
after having flown out of asia after over 2 years pandemic to discover our 1st meal in california pizza kitchen that eating was so despised. we ordered chicken tequila fatuccine from the picture of the menu. here is what it looks like. the waitress was nice enough to ask if we want to change, but we said we will try anyway. a great disserce.

Took forever to order and get our food (soup). The soup was basically mashed potato, really gross. I mean I know potato soup is think but when I have to chew it, yikes! The pizza was barely warm and we used our own silverware we begged for to cut it. Good joke CPK, you’re doing well!
The servers/waitress are very nice here! However the front desk guy seemed like he was in a rush and seemed a little off. The food is so good though, the salad,pizza, and the bread with olive oil is so delicious. Very filling and good food! I probably will come again...
My artichoke salad had 3 tiny slivers of artichoke, no goat cheese or parm. What a joke. DO NOT EAT HERE. IF THE COOKS DONT TAKE PRIDE IN COOKING YOU CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS.
We tried The original BBQ Chicken Pizza and it’s really good, light and thin crust.

Great pizza, service and the second best Key Lime Pie I have ever had.
Had pea and barley soup with bbq chicken pizza. The best combo.
