We visited the restaurant for dinner on June 9th and opted for dine-in service. While the food was quite good, the service was among the worst—if not the very worst—I’ve experienced at a major chain. I asked for bread multiple times, and though I finally received it, my request for crushed pepper was completely overlooked. I asked for more bread as well, but that never arrived either. I noticed several customers leaving after getting their drinks without anyone taking their orders. In hindsight, those customers made a smart choice. CPK is one of our favorites. The food here was as good and yummy as any of their restaurants. I got my favorite- the Tostada pizza on hand tossed crust with no ranch. It came out fresh and exactly as I ordered it! The service here wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best. I was never offered a refill on my drink and even though I gave the server my check-in rewards number before placing our order, he didn’t add it to our order so we didn’t get to use the reward we had or get points for our meal. That’s the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. But maybe he was just busy and overwhelmed. We’ll definitely come back here.
The food and service provided by our server, Mandy, were excellent—she was fantastic. However, the atmosphere was affected by the cleanliness of the environment. The ledge had not been dusted for six months, the seating benches were dirty, and the floors were in terrible condition. Tera was only half-heartedly sweeping and not doing a proper job of cleaning the areas. This really detracted from my otherwise very enjoyable meal. Thank you.
My son wanted pizza. So we decided to try CPA again. Asked hostess if we can have patio seating for 4, she said NO, not allowed as they only have two waiters on staff. Yet after we were seated…15 mins later the same waiter that had waited on us, was serving two white female outside on the patio as my family (Asian/Latino) was denied out door dining due to “short staffed.” This will be the last time we dine or give our business here.

Good family dining spot here in Rossmor. The food is always good and the service is pretty fast. I usually order the Roasted Garlic Chicken Pizza, Chicken Fettuccine or the Tortilla Soup and my son usually orders a cheese pizza or the Mac N Cheese. They have a good range of pasta and appetizers also! You can't go wrong with the menu and the dessert options are also great.
I had lunch there around noon, and I was pleasantly surprised by how few people were there, which made for excellent service! Overall, the food and the dining atmosphere were absolutely outstanding—definitely a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it!
The restaurant is uncomfortably cold inside. The seat cushions in the booths are too low for the tables, or tables are too high. Food was good, but not remarkable. Overall somewhat disappointed with my dining experience.
The waiter was a little slow today. But, he was the bartender and the table waiter both. Food was excellent, as usual. Good lunch specials. Friendly staff and nice trendy customers but not too crowded at 3pm.

It took us like 20 minutes to take our order, never became cutlery, the food was okay. The bread and oil was amazing. The server was super nice just slow, probably because they were underused.
AJ is an excellent server and the best at the Los Alamitos location!! Always friendly and gives outstanding service
