This is probably the single nicest customer service experience I have ever had. We were staying nearby the Market and I happened to get to the market about 30 min before they opened. The Market location is located in an air conditioned section behind glass doors. Since I got there early I was hesitant to enter the glass doors but the employees welcomed me in and were happy to answer questions I had, even before they officially opened. I have been a fan of your show and have been eager to try your biscuits for quite some time. When I was planning my trip to South Carolina, I made it a point to visit Meeting Street just to sample them. To my surprise, when I ordered the biscuits and gravy, the biscuit I received was doughy on the bottom. My friend ordered three small biscuits, and they were all hard on top. I was really disappointed. Ultimately, I ended up getting better biscuits and gravy at the hotel where I was staying.
I discovered what looks like mold when I opened my product. I reached out to Callie’s corporate office, but they shifted the responsibility onto the retailer and didn’t seem concerned about quality control when I raised my concerns. I proposed an $8 refund for the inedible item, but they deflected that as well. The product had a sell-by date that was 25 days away from my purchase date. Just imagine how it would have looked after another 25 days on the shelf!
These little biscuits were great! Very nice young lady at the register who graciously answered my every question. She was very informative and a huge help in ordering. The shortcake biscuit with blackberry jam was my fav of the three. The cheddar and chive with bacon would be my second fav. However all were delicious. Will definitely be back! A gem of a place!

We had bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, and a birthday biscuit. They were not memorable. Dry, and without a lot of taste. Sorry, this was a recommendation from a friend, but did not work for us. The icing on the birthday biscuit was good, however.
I haven't visited a Callie's restaurant yet, but I've tried their products from the store. I really love the biscuit crisps; they pair wonderfully with pimento cheese.
These are some of the best biscuits I have had, growing up in the south that is a hard claim to live by. Hubby had biscuits and gravy and I had the bacon and cheese.
So excited that they now have a line of their biscuits at Whole Foods so I can get a little taste of Charleston when I’m not there! So flaky, delicious, decadent.

If you like biscuits, this is the place to go. Their bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was really well done. For such a small place, service was fast
We really enjoyed everything we got from Callie's. The biscuits were tasty and the selection was decent.
