We began with a mixed meat platter from the tandoor, featuring chicken, lamb chops, and kebabs. Everything was flavorful and tender, with mild spices. The onions cooking underneath added a nice touch to the meat.
We also tried curries with saffron rice and garlic naan, all of which were plentiful. The naan was garlicky and chewy, the butter chicken was rich and sweet, and the palak paneer had creamy chunks of paneer. We also shared the Everest pepper lamb, which had some dry pieces and could have used more spice (we chose mild).
Overall, it was a good meal with generous portions of tasty food at an affordable price. If you prefer a bit of heat, I'd recommend going for medium instead of mil...
Went here last night for a quick cuzza on a cold winters night. Brought a nice bottle of el vino as well. we ordered the momos (Nepalese dumpling) and then had butter chicken and some green spinach curry with some roti. Was seriously delicious food. Service was great as well. The music playing made me feel like I was in India too! El vino was flowing and it was a great night all round, cheers
One of the best Indian meals we have ever had. Any of the meat we have had has been melt to the touch tender. Breads are fluffy and delicious. All meals are plentiful and generous, never skimping on more expensive ingredients. Fragrant rice.We have never eaten in, so I can’t comment on service on house.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of authentic Indian dishes to choose from. The ambiance is beautifully decorated and the staff are friendly. I enjoyed a second mango lassi and my beef vindaloo was cooked perfectly. We left feeling very satisfied and full.

I went to this place this evening with my Asian flatmates and we loved the place. The food was delicious especially Lamb Tikka. Staff is polite and the service is pretty good. The girl staff from Chandigarh is quite sweet charming. :
Ordered the butter chicken, coconut rice and spinach/cottage cheese curry to take away. They were all fantastic, especially the spinach/cottage cheese curry. Didn't eat in but the dining room is set up very nicely.

Best Indian food in Hawthorn! Very authentic and great service. If you really want some delicious,well cooked and absolutely filling Indian food, cambs curry should be your first and only choice!

Been here a few times, not the cheapest place, but the food is good, comes out pretty quick. Good idea to book in advance on weekends. Good naan
Friendly staff, food well presented and tasted well. I loved the Kadai curry and Grilled mushrooms as part of the platter. Will visit again.
