We stayed there for 1 week at the end of August 2023 with the family. 2 adults 2 children On arrival, a pleasant surprise, the welcoming reception told us that we had been upgraded to 6 people instead of 4 people. Alright. But after experience, several things did not suit us: the person at the bar (blonde woman) very unfriendly and unsmiling with adults and children, too bad when we are on holiday rather happy. morning pastries to be ordered the day before are limited to croissants and bread our mobile home at the bottom of the very noisy coast (a little on top of each other). The cars take their momentum to climb this same hill. The vehicles also drive way too fast (more the responsibility...
Ce camping ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Nous y avons séjourné pendant 3 semaines en août et nous nous demandons encore comment ce camping et ses responsables ont pu obtenir ce classement... Le personnel est incompétent et très désagréable (surtout à la piscine), la piscine est très sale, on nous demande de porter un maillot de bain (pas de shorts de bain) pour des raisons d'hygiène, mais aucun membre du personnel ne nettoie la piscine et ses abords chaque jour. Mon fils est tombé plusieurs fois à cause de la mousse autour de la piscine, plutôt que de faire le ménage, on nous a demandé d'éviter de marcher dans cette zone... drôle de réponse ! Le restaurant/bar est à éviter. Il n'y a pas de ré...
C'est officiellement le meilleur camping où je suis allé. L'équipe de direction et la réception sont au top et attentives à nos remarques. Les mobil-homes sont propres et spacieux. Les sanitaires et la buanderie sont toujours nickel. La piscine et les toboggans du camping sont géniaux. L'équipe technique est très réactive lorsqu'il y a des problèmes dans nos mobil-homes. Les animations sont de premier ordre, tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants et les adolescents. On ne s'ennuie jamais. Franchement, quand je lis les commentaires de certains, je me demande si nous avons séjourné dans le même camping. Bref, pour terminer, c'est un super camping que je ne peux que recommander.
Nous avons passé nos vacances là-bas avec deux enfants sur place. Les toilettes et les plats locaux n'étaient pas du tout propres ! Pour manger dans leur petit restaurant, il fallait réserver une semaine à l'avance car l'espace est limité. Les jeux gonflables n'étaient pas sécurisés, mon enfant a réussi à tomber de deux hauteurs à cause des jeux qui n’étaient pas fermés partout ! C'était trop dangereux ! Le personnel était inexistant ! Je ne trouve pas cet endroit digne d'un Capfun. Je ne recommanderai pas ce camping désolé. Le camping est bien situé. Service : 1 Réservez une table maintenant
Very pleasantly surprised. This campsite allowed us to spend a very pleasant week of vacation, calm, family and friendly atmosphere, top swimming pools with great slides. Extremely positive point which deserves to be highlighted: the cleanliness and the more than impeccable condition of our mobile home. The location is good with the greenway and the Dordogne nearby where many activities are accessible by bike. We will come back, thank you. Safety: Quiet campsite, we feel safe. Population mainly made up of French families which is pleasant!
Not very large, family-friendly campsite, with good facilities and good slides, very well located to visit the Périgord noir. The falabraque bungalows are very new and well equipped, and the attached cottage is fun for children. No welcome kit is provided, so it is important to bring everything: dishwashing product (liquid and tablets), kitchen paper, toilet paper, cloth, scouring pad, Balleta, cleaning products...
