I made reservations for Father's day and was disappointed with the food and service. We arrived early and although there was plenty of seating they made us wait. It didn't stop there after our appetizer was done. we waited almost an hour for our dinner. We were told by our server who was very apologetic they were tending to two parties that arrived. . Unbelievable ! In order to make up for this they gave us two drinks on the house. When we finally got our dinner. It was horrible the rice was hard not cooked thoroughly, the veggies were cold and for the entree the codfish with onions and peppers, the pin bones were left in the codfish a choking hazard. Last year, I came with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we had a pleasant dinner. Today, I came to celebrate my birthday with my family and we waited an hour to get our meal. Waiter came said our entrees would be a little late because he didn't get the order in the kitchen and they had a party going on. We told waiter we were celebrating my birthday. I didn't care for the stuffed shrimp; too much stuffing. Waiter after dinner came to offer one free dessert or after dinner drink for $180 bill for a party of 4. Really should have taken off one of the entrees off the bill.
Called for reservation and received an e mail confirmation When our party of 6 arrived they had no record of our reservation Our written proof meant nothing as they had no available tables The manager didn’t care and shrugged his shoulders and did absolutely nothing but make excuses. Not even an apology or a future dining good will gesture We left and will never come back I would never recommend a restaurant who doesn’t care about their customers
They did not disappoint… again…!! We were greeted by lovely Lara , she accommodated us with a HIGH TOP at the bar area.. on a bustling Saturday at 5:30 pm. The waiters and Ana couldn’t do enough for us.. our ginger ale was never empty.. food was on time piping hot and delicious! A must if you want authentic Portuguese food

One of our favorite restaurants, Campozino's never disappoints. The food and service, and ambience are outstanding. It is our go-to venue for celebrations. Held a graduation dinner there today and all was exceptional. (Unexpectedly, their chicken francaise is the best anywhere
