Today we had a confirmed booking with this restaurant for a very special lunch at 1.30pm. It is a restaurant we love and have visited several times over the course of last summer and autumn. The booking was made through The Fork booking platform and was confirmed by email. We arrived today a 1.20pm to be told we had no booking. When we produced our email confirmation they checked and appeared to locate it on their system. However, this didn’t matter. Even though there was only two of us and the restaurant was totally empty apparently it was fully booked. A 30 kilometre round trip for nothing. Such a lovely place to have an amazing dinner! Hard to find as the outside of the restaurant does not say it 's name, but it has a green awning with 'Bar/Restaurant ' on it so keep an eye out! Make sure you sit outside and if it 's still daylight you 'll have the most gorgeous view! I ordered the tomato and buffalo mozzarella as a starter, my partner ordered the duck confit main and also had the profiteroles for dessert in my view these were the best dishes out of our group! Es Chic foi uma agradável surpresa na pequena aldeia de Es Mijorn Gran. A amável funcionária não podia ser mais simpática e fez.me sentir em casa. O menú é bastante variado, com muitas opções para os vários gostos. Experimentei os lombos de atun e a lasanha de legumes: que delícia!, assim como a croqueta de carne, como entrada, super cremosa. Beautiful restaurant and terrace garden. Well thought out menu choices using local, quality products, stylishly presented. Enjoyed a leisurely lunch with family overlooking gardens and landscape. Friendly, professional service. Town also a joy to meander through. Highly recommended.
What can I say about this restaurant, its a hidden gem. We booked in advance for out last night dinner. A beautiful setting, great food and service very reasonable priced. Will definitely visit again next year!
