Candela Restaurant Wine Bar Tapas

We stopped by for some wine with friends on a Thursday night and immediately knew we had to come back for dinner on Friday. It turned out to be one of the best meals we've ever had! We enjoyed a cheese sampler and three tapas plates: refried garbanzo beans and chorizo, garlic shrimp, and stuffed peppers. All were exceptional! The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with a great wine selection and delicious house-made sangrias. Our waiter, Yves, was friendly and helpful. Thank you, Yves, for making our experience at Candela unforgettable! We will definitely be returning!

I recently dined at a cozy restaurant that offers a variety of Cuban and Spanish dishes. I opted for the Caldereta de mariscos, a delightful seafood stew that truly captured the authentic flavors of Spain. While the prices were on the higher side, I found them justified given the complexity and quality of the dishes. The only downside was witnessing a nearby table with empty dishes left unattended for over 30 minutes. Despite this, the service was attentive and well-informed. If I find myself in the area again, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

A wonderful experience! The food drinks were delicious, paellas are wonderful, and I also highly recommend lamb shank authentic Spanish style. Sergio suggested a Tempranillo wine that was delicious. They have 1906 beer from Estrella Galicia that has won many awards. It is a small place, but the ambience is so welcoming Totally recommend! Thank you

Pleasantly surprised with this place. At first we didn?t know what to expect but everything was incredible. We had garbanzos with chorizo which was great, the grilled octopus was sensational and the lamb shack left me surprised and wanting more. The service was good and the music excellent and nostalgic ???? great place !! Réservez une table maintenant

The food and ambiance are fantastic, and all at a reasonable price. We have visited this restaurant multiple times and it remains one of our top choices. It is peaceful with no wait time. We highly recommend it.
