Our waiter, Gary, was extremely unprofessional. He took our orders—nine in total—without writing anything down, then left to get a pencil. We ended up repeating our orders three times. He did manage to bring out the first round of drinks, which were quite good, but we never received our second round.
Out of the nine meals ordered, only seven were served. When we inquired about the missing two, Gary asked us what we had ordered and admitted he didn’t remember. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that cost me $30. The service was lacking, and the food didn't fare much better. The salsa was so watery that I couldn't pick it up with a chip. It took an excessively long time for my subpar meal to arrive, and the waitress didn’t return to refill our drinks. I had to ask three different staff members for my bill. I also noticed that a 15% gratuity was automatically added, even though I was dining alone. The only highlight was the margaritas, which were good, especially with the two-for-one special, although they were so strong that I could only finish one. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and don’t plan to return.
The service was extremely poor, and the cleanliness of the dishes was unacceptable. I was given a drink in a glass that had food residue on it. This level of professionalism is highly disappointing. I do not recommend this restaurant for dining in. Prices per person range from $50 to $100. Unfortunately, both the food, service, and ambiance all earned a rating of 1 out of 5. The only dish I would suggest is the Quesadilla.
Our server was by far the worse!!!! He didn’t know nothing about the food or drinks. Something you all could focus on is to clean the walls that had old food splattered all over it. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, trying to juggle multiple roles, and had a negative attitude throughout our visit. At one point, the owner, a large man, even brandished a gun when we refused to accept the overcharges, despite the fact that we had toddlers with us. After that, he called the police. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment!
Came from the mojarra special. Fish was really good!!!! Came with fried rice (shrimp) and fries. Fried rice was super flavorful!!!! We came about 5:30/6 on a Thursday and it was pretty quiet and had 1 waiter. Kinda skeptical, but glad we went in. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband loved his steak and shrimp, but I chose to order the taco salad with added avocado. Unfortunately, the pieces of avocado were rotten. I wish they had let me know that they were out of fresh avocados.

With reasonable prices and friendly service, this restaurant is an excellent choice. Both the food and atmosphere received a score of 4 out of 5, while the service achieved a perfect score of 5.
