Capri Deli Pizza In Palatine

A friend of ours recommended this place to us even thought we’ve lived in the area for 5 years we would pass by it but never stop in. Glad that changed because now it’s become a hidden gem for us. We ordered the Italian sub on French bread and the focaccia with Italian deli. While the prices are a little high for a sandwich compared to other places the quality sandwich you get is worth it in my opinion. All the ingredients taste very fresh and the portions are more than enough to fill you up and more. The place wasn’t busy at all at the time we went, the staff is friendly, and the place is very clean. Overall this will become a favorite go to spot for us now.

OMG, these are the best sandwiches ever! The Italian or the Turkey on focaccia are so amazing. I can not eat sandwiches anywhere else. We also love their antipasto salad. We serve the sandwiches to company often and the reactions are always the same!! 'Where did you get these?? ' Thanks, Capri Deli

Hands down best deli in the burbs! I recommend the chicken soup! Their Italian sub with their house dressing is to die for! We just had food catered for Christmas Eve and most likely will cater sandwiches for the Super Bowl!! Great Service!! Owner is awesome!!! I'm a customer for life!!!!

Had chicken parm sandwiches everywhere. Today friend brought one home. It was bought for her at lunch, half was taken home. About 6pm I dove into the doggie bag. Delish. Perfect after sitting out for 6 hours. Just revisited it 8.5 hours later. Bread still soft. Perfect sandwich. Réservez une table maintenant

The food and service here is the BEST!!! Period. I live my life on the road and eat at so many different places. It's always refreshing to find these hidden gems. You will not be disappointed.

Great Italian sandwich and pasta shop! Pizza is good too!! By the slice is as big as your head. Chicken pesto sandwich is great too!
