The delivery was fast and the delivery person was friendly. However, there was a bit of difficulty with the phone order as they had trouble understanding the order. The pizza was just okay in terms of taste, but I was disappointed with the lack of toppings, especially since I paid $3.50 extra per gourmet topping. I ordered a large pizza with BBQ chicken, but only 13 out of the 32 slices had the topping. The extra cheese I paid for was also not given in the quantity expected. The toppings like roasted garlic and bacon were also not evenly distributed on the pizza. The only topping that was consistent on every slice was pepperoni. I grew up on Capri and another local neighbourhood pizzeria. At one time they were one of the best. My last order from Capri may just my last order. We had ordered 2 panzerottis with bacon and pepperoni. The bacon was in a solid clump as it it had gone through a grinder. It tasted like a maple glazed ham and had infused the crust and all. On top of that the order arrived early, which isn't bad until you hit raw dough. The exterior was cooked, but looking at a side view of the crust you can see it was cooked only half way through. So raw, maple syrup flavored or perhaps ground maple ham, and poorly sasembled.All in all a terrible experience. All for the low price of $39 plus tip.

I told the guy over the phone to put double sauce. He kept saying extra sauce. I said please make sure it's double. He said that's what they do, is add extra as double. The pizza was good and I would give it more stars. The only problem is it definitely did not have double; doesn't seem that way at least, and this isn't the first time they lied to me over the phone. Capri downtown was10xs better years ago. Maybe they are not the same owners, cheap, lack class or something.
The restaurant had advertised the wrong hours on Door Dash. They were listed as OPEN when they were indeed CLOSED. They accepted my order and took my payment. I waited over an hour before finally calling another location and was confirmed the location was CLOSED. I had to call Door Dash to issue a refund and caused me a lot of inconvenience.
Ok folks the best pizza in Windsor is Capri on Lauzon road.absolute thee best.for party for anything can't beat it.ive ordered fr them for the last6-8yrs and by far thee best.
Do not get a queen with chicken toppings because you only put it on 1 corner of the pizza because they go by the same proportion for every size

Hard burnt pizza, no thanks! No answer when you try to call and complain.Capri used to be really good but never again.
Pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive. When it did it was barely warm and crust was burnt! Lost another customer. ?
