I normally eat here and the food was fresh in the past yesterday I ate captain d's and got so sick I laid in the bathroom floor w stomach cramps and vomiting and diarrhea had to be food poison cross contamination or something my son wanted to call 911 I told him it was the only thing I ate that day so I knw for fact thts what it was. captain D's I did no one responded back)I missed work because of food poison.
Food was good, Service was polite. Friendly? Mehhh.... They werent unfriendly..No fountain drinks available, nor tea. NOTHING AVAILABLE TO DRINK WHATSOEVER!!!Dining area floor and many tables needed cleaningDine in experience had much room for improvement.Didnt use the bathroom, so IDK about how that was.
Always forgetting to put something with your order. Then having an attitude. The manager always rectify the issue. So that's a plus. But they should be checking the orders accurately before releasing to the customer.Food: 4/5
I'm from Wisconsin. While visiting in Memphis, I wanted to try Capt.D's for the 1st time. Had enough food for a couple of people (7). The sides needed to be larger.Parking: Close to the entrance and easy access. Réservez une table maintenant
Food was perfectly cooked, but I didn't get any utensils or straws so I had to go through the drive thru a second time and overall spent about 30 minutes in line. Parking lot was an absolute disaster.Food: 5/5
Waited in line for 14 minutes! The woman didn't even say sorry for the long wait. They left out my cheesecake and when I mentioned it she wanted the receipt! Still no apology!Food: 4/5
Please don’t got here they food is disgusting and nasty and old and if I could give them a zone rate I will. Play don’t go here or waste your money
