Weirdest and Worst Experience ever. Rude when taking my order. When I got to the window, he didnt speak. It's like he was mute. He just held his hand out for the card. When he gave the card back he said nothing. A woman making the food was literally eating while making orders. The chicken tasted and looked old and my order was missing items. Hire people who actually want to be there. It takes nothing to have good customer service. Literally pathetic.
Went to location because they are known for freshness and great customer service everytime I go. The chicken wasn't overly greasy not was there a lot of fat on it. The okra was fresh and so were the fries, they had a crisp to them. Unlike other locations where they are soft and limp. And the biscuits were soft and glazed. I gave the cashier a tip. Definitely patroning this particular location again.
Wow, I never met someone so rude to my face for no reason at all. The guy at the drive-through window was like some of those terrible videos you see on social media. Holy cow, so obnoxious. I waited and waited and waited, then I just gave up.

I just pulled up to the store they said that they were not open and people are in there drinking beer in the building that is totally unprofessional
The wait to get to the first window was 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Management needs to hire more people to help their workers out
