The waitress with the long eyelashes was very rude. She had dark skin, was tall and slender, and had large eyelashes. From the moment we arrived at the drive-thru and attempted to place our order, she was unfriendly. When we tried to pay and asked her a simple question, she continued to be rude and even rolled her eyes at us. I didn't even get a chance to try the food because of her attitude. She really needs to be replaced, as she seemed upset with everyone.
Absolutely avoid this restaurant! I was served chicken that had clearly been sitting out for days, and when I complained, the staff became defensive. If you’re unhappy in your job, perhaps it’s time to find a different one, or at least improve your service. I will never return to this place again.
The food at Captain Jay's was decent, but my daughter and I were disappointed because we couldn’t use EBT on the combo meals. We wish the restaurant had informed us about this upfront. Regardless, we ended up paying $15.90 for the combo. The menu could be clearer about payment options.
I specifically asked for no lemon pepper, but the server added it anyway. When I requested a refund, he became upset and asked me to wait ten more minutes. I insisted on receiving a refund and told him I would wait for it. Réservez une table maintenant
Four wings, two large pieces of catfish, and fries for $16.00—worth every cent. The food was hot and fresh. I would definitely return.
Crackheads in the parking lot begging other than that, the food was pretty good, and customer service was decent.
