Captain Nemo has the best sandwiches in the whole area of Winnetka. Your sandwiches are phenomenal. It is so delicious, tasty and unique. I biked from Rodgers Park just to get my favorite sandwich, the Balboa. I love this place and the owner is super friendly. Service is fast and the taste is some of the best in the city. I always pick up a bottle of their secret sauce when I am here too it goes great on everything. Try the new lentil soup ?
Wow! I love Captain Nemos. I grew up on Captain Nemo's food is delicious! At the moment you can only go to the food, but I would very suggest to go the. It's worth it. Sub sandwiches and don't forget the soup. My favorite is Americana and Minestrone soup.
Really delicious freshly made variety of subs, served hot or cold, tasty chilli and soups, homemade browinies and assorted of drinks. They even have a sub made with liverwurst that is pretty good. Truly worth a visit.

The best subs in town. They have their own subsuppies, chili, sauce and brownies. Highly reccomend The Balboa sub, supplemented by the students of the New Trier High School only by the restaurant.
Capt'n Nemo's has been a beloved local spot for years. This charming little sandwich shop never disappoints. I always go for the High Flyer, and it’s absolutely delicious!
